What is included in the support for tuning packages?
All of our tuning packages include 6 months of free support starting from the date the first tuning file is sent to the customer. During this period, we offer minor tune adjustments at no additional cost to ensure optimal performance.
What happens after the 6-month support period?
After the 6-month free support period, any further tune changes or adjustments will require the purchase of a tune update. This can be found on our website. Contact our support team for any questions.
What are the conditions for forced induction customers?
For customers with forced induction setups, if the forced induction system is completely changed (e.g., switching from turbocharger to supercharger), a newtune is required. This is considered a full retune and incurs a cost of a level 1 tune ($550), as the entire calibration process must be restarted from scratch.

What if you have purchased a vehicle that was tuned by us?
For individuals who have purchased a vehicle that was tuned by us, tuning support is not transfered from one owner to another. If you want to continue tuning support on that vehicle you will need to purchase a level1 tuning package.
